How long is the coaching program?It’s a 6-month program for optimal changes in body composition. It takes time to sustainably lose weight and create new habits for long-term success.

How much weight can I expect to lose each week?It depends on many factors, such as how your body responds to changes in meals and lifestyle. Any other underlying factors like hormonal changes also play a role. It’s a very personal journey for everyone. In my coaching program, weight loss is not a competition.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods and eat only a few set meals?Absolutely not. Trying to restrict the food you love is a recipe for failure. In my program, you can eat the food you like from the suggested list. Meals can also be customized according to your food of choice.

How can I get rid of my unwanted belly fat?The weight around the abdomen is often the toughest to lose. But it’s possible. All it takes is time, healthy habits, and some hand-holding through your wellness journey. My program caters to getting you into optimal health and will help you achieve this goal.
