  • How long is the coaching program?
    It’s a 6-month program for optimal changes in body composition. It takes time to sustainably lose weight and create new habits for long-term success.
  • How much weight can I expect to lose each week?
    It depends on many factors, such as how your body responds to changes in meals and lifestyle. Any other underlying factors like hormonal changes also play a role. It’s a very personal journey for everyone. In my coaching program, weight loss is not a competition.
  • Do I have to give up my favorite foods and eat only a few set meals?
    Absolutely not. Trying to restrict the food you love is a recipe for failure. In my program, you can eat the food you like from the suggested list. Meals can also be customized according to your food of choice.
  • How can I get rid of my unwanted belly fat?
    The weight around the abdomen is often the toughest to lose. But it’s possible. All it takes is time, healthy habits, and some hand-holding through your wellness journey. My program caters to getting you into optimal health and will help you achieve this goal.
